Along with the rapid development of energy scientific research industry of SDERI, our staff has expanded steadily. A number of excellent undergraduate, master's and doctoral students have joined our research and business team, and gradually form master's degree or doctorate research-based innovation teams and undergraduate-oriented industrial development teams. The formation and development of two teams lay off a solid talent foundation for the soaring of the scientific research industry of SDERI. By the end of 2007, the number of employees reached to 296, of which 91 persons belongs to non-profit Institution, 201 persons belongs to enterprises; 7 persons have doctor’s degree, 3 persons are studying doctor’s degree, 38 persons have master's degree, 10 persons are studying master's degree, 10 persons have senior title, 29 persons have vice-senior title, including a doctoral tutor, 8 mentor Master. Dr. and MA-based innovation team of high-level personnel has taken shape.
